Free Personal Training Consultations, Free Gym Inductions and Tailored Personal Training Packages

Our Personal Trainer, Richard Clarke, has been working at DSX Fitness for the past 7 years. In that time he has coached numerous clients to reach their individual fitness goals including: Weight Loss; Muscle Building; Strength Gain; Athletic Sports Performance; Injury Rehab and more. 

Richard is the General Gym Manager for DSX Fitness, and is  available to give fitness advice to all existing and new members as well as being a friendly first point of contact. Richard offers free gym inductions to all members upon joining.

"I think the most important thing a Personal Trainer can do is to listen to the client. It's only through listening to a client's specific wants and needs that it is possible to create an appropriate and effective fitness plan to reach their goals. Training should be progressive as well as enjoyable, which is what I aspire my sessions to be."
